Then 2 x 15 leg extensions, 2 x 10 Bulgarian split squats, and 2 x 6 glute ham raise variation. Then 15 min of walk/run intervals. And I felt fantastic. Is ice cream on my diet tho? I love to sweat and kill myself in the gym, but restricting food is not in my realm of naturally enticing….
